{"id":16718,"date":"2025-03-05T11:01:21","date_gmt":"2025-03-05T10:01:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fondazioneroberthollman.it\/?p=16718"},"modified":"2025-03-05T15:12:25","modified_gmt":"2025-03-05T14:12:25","slug":"a-cannero-riviera-weekend-di-laboratori-multisensoriali","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fondazioneroberthollman.it\/en\/a-cannero-riviera-weekend-di-laboratori-multisensoriali\/","title":{"rendered":"A weekend of multisensory workshops with citrus fruits in Cannero Riviera"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Now in its 18th edition, the event<a href=\"https:\/\/agrumidicannero.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&#8220;<strong>The Citrus Fruit of Cannero Riviera<\/strong><\/a>&#8221; enhances the typicality of the fruits that have been growing and ripening in the Piedmontese municipality since 1500, thanks to the microclimate favored by the lake shores and the mountains just a few steps away.<br>And the Robert Hollman Foundation could not miss the big Cannero festival, offering its free workshops that train the senses of adults and children, launching an important message related to the inclusion of people with visual impairments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The invitation to participate is for <strong>Sunday, March 16, and Saturday, March 22 and Sunday, March 23, from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m.<\/strong> in the Center at 6 Via Oddone Clerici<\/strong>, where Foundation workers will lead participants to discover the special characteristics of Cannero Riviera citrus fruits through some sensory experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, by just sticking one&#8217;s hands inside two sleeves touching, rubbing, stroking peels and leaves, the challenge will be to guess whether an orange or citron, rather than a tangerine or lemon, is hiding inside the box.
