2) your personal data, indicated in point 10), is processed solely for purposes related to the evaluation and selection of Foundation
The legal basis for the processing is the fulfillment of pre-contractual obligations (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of the GDPR) related to your possible inclusion in our corporate workforce
3) Your personal data may be disclosed to companies, consultants and freelancers, including in associated form, who manage our IT infrastructure, including e-mail services. These individuals will act as Data Processors. You may obtain their references by sending us a request through one of the contact channels mentioned in 1) above.
4) Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.
5) Your personal data will be kept for up to four (4) years and then will be deleted by destruction of the paper medium on which it is stored (your CV) and deletion from our computerized database.
6) you have the right at any time to ask us for access to your personal data, for their rectification or deletion if they are processed in a manner that does not comply with current regulations, or for the restriction of their processing. To exercise this right, it is necessary for you to file an application through one of the contact channels indicated in 1) above.
7) In the event of a violation of your rights or incorrect processing of your personal data by us, you have the right to appeal to the Garante della Privacy, which acts as the supervisory authority for the Italian territory.
8) Disclosure of personal data is a necessary requirement for the selection process, so failure to disclose such data will result in the inability to proceed in this relationship.

- Any sensitive data you have disclosed regarding your membership in the categories provided for in the regulations on the employment of persons with disabilities.
