The Foundation invests in the training of professionals in order to spread knowledge about pediatric visual impairment with a view to mutual growth. To achieve this goal, it offers students from various disciplines—including those from other countries—the opportunity to participate in undergraduate and graduate internships.
At the Cannero Riviera site internships have been suspended until early 2028, whilst renovation works are carried out on the Center.
For the Padua Center, applications are accepted from September 1st to October 31st of each year for internships in the period January-June of the following year.
From March 1st to April 30th for internships in the October-December period.
Applications must meet the following time criteria by applicants: first year for the School of Psychotherapy; third year for Orthoptics and TNPEE degree program; third year of the three-year and second year of the master’s degree for Education/Pedagogical Sciences/Training and Psychology; second year of the master’s degree for Health Professions and master’s degrees about visual impairment.
For volunteer trainees, the Foundation reserves the right to accept or reject the application based on availability at the time.
