The Foundation invests in the training of professionals in order to be able to spread knowledge about the world of pediatric visual impairment with a view to mutual growth. To achieve this goal, it provides opportunities for students from different disciplines and fields of study as well as from other countries to undertake undergraduate and postgraduate internships.
For the Padua Centre, applications are accepted from September 1 to October 31 each year for internships in the January-June period of the following year. From March 1 to April 30 for internships in the October-December period.
Applications must meet the following time criteria by applicants: first year for the School of Psychotherapy; third year for CdL Orthoptics and CdL TNPEE; third year of the three-year and second year of the master’s degree for CdL Education/Pedagogical Sciences/Training and CdL Psychology; second year of the master’s degree for CdL Health Professions and master’s degrees inherent in visual impairment.
For volunteer trainees, the Foundation reserves the right to accept or reject the application based on availability at the time.
